Flag something that looks wrong

When something on site looks wrong, flag the checklist item it belongs to. A flag puts the item, its room and your note on the Flagged page until you resolve it, so nothing gets forgotten.

Flag an item

1. Open the item in its room's checklist.
2. Click Flag.
3. Write what is wrong, in a line or two.
4. Click Flag it.

The item is marked with a red Flagged box showing your line and who wrote it. Cancel closes the box without flagging.

See everything that is flagged

Open Flagged in the sidebar, under My records, or tap Flagged on a phone. Every open flag is there, newest first, with its room, its stage and your line. The count beside Flagged in the sidebar shows how many are open.

Resolve a flag

Click Resolve on the flag, either on the item or on the Flagged page. It leaves the list. To bring it back, click Undo in the message at the bottom of the screen. It stays for about 10 seconds.

Troubleshooting

• The flag says it has not saved. Click Try again on the item. Until it saves, it is not on your Flagged page.
• The Flagged page is empty. The page reads Nothing flagged. When something looks wrong, flag it on the item and it will be there.
