Make a PDF to share

Share turns whatever you tick into one PDF you can send to your builder, designer or partner. Choose what goes in, limit it to some rooms if you like, and download the file.

Steps

1. Open Share in the sidebar. On a phone, tap More.
2. Under What to include, tick what you want: Selections, Wish lists or Meeting notes. Each has a line saying what is in it right now.
3. To leave some rooms out, turn on Limit to rooms under For whom, then tick the rooms to include.
4. Click Create PDF.
5. When the file is ready, it shows its name and page count. Click Download.

Meeting notes are not kept by room, so limiting to rooms leaves them whole.

Troubleshooting

• Create PDF does not work. The page tells you what is missing, in the order to fix it. Tick at least one thing to include. If Limit to rooms is on, pick at least one room.
• A line says No items yet or No notes yet. There is nothing of that kind to share. Add some first. See Keep track of what you are choosing and Keep meeting notes.
