Remove someone from your build

Open People on this project and click Remove and their first name on their row. They lose access to the build straight away, and you have about 10 seconds to take it back with Undo.

Steps

1. Open People on this project. On a computer, click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose it from the menu. On a phone, tap More and find it under Project and account.
2. Find the person and click Remove and their first name, for example Remove Sam.
3. They leave the list at once. There is no question first.

Only the person the build belongs to can remove people, and she cannot be removed from her own build. Your own row has no Remove link.

Take it back with Undo

A message at the bottom of the screen confirms the removal and carries an Undo link. Click it, or press Enter while it is showing, and the person is back on the build as if nothing happened.

The message stays for about 10 seconds. After that, the way to bring someone back is to invite them again. See Invite someone to your build.

Troubleshooting

• That can no longer be undone. Too much time passed before Undo was clicked. Invite the person again.
• What the person you removed sees. If yours was their only build, they see You're not on a build the next time they open Her Build Edit. See "You're not on a build".
