Write a note on a checklist item

Write a note on any checklist item to keep what you found out with the thing it is about. Every note you write is also collected on Checklist notes, newest first.

Add a note

1. Open the item in its room's checklist.
2. Click Add a note.
3. Write the note and click Save.

An item with several notes shows the latest, with a link such as +2 more notes. Click it to see them all, or Show the latest only to fold them back.

Change or remove a note

Click Edit beside a note to change it, then Save. Click Remove note to delete it, and click Undo in the message at the bottom of the screen if you want it back. It stays for about 10 seconds.

Find your notes again

Open Checklist notes, under Notes in the sidebar. On a phone, tap More. Each note shows its room and stage, the item it belongs to and who wrote it. Flags show up here too, marked Flagged.

To narrow the list, choose All, This week or This month. For other dates, click Choose dates, enter a From and a To date, and click Show notes.

Troubleshooting

• The list says Nothing here yet. A note you write on a checklist item shows up here too.
• A note did not save. Click Try again beside it.
