Join a build from an invitation

Open the invitation email and click Join the build. What happens next depends on whether you already use Her Build Edit, and the page tells you which email the invitation is for. The link works for 7 days.

If you are new to Her Build Edit

1. Click Join the build in the email.
2. Check your First name. It starts as the person who invited you typed it, and you can correct it.
3. Click Join the build.
4. We send a 6-digit code to the invited email. Type it in and you land in the build.

If you already have an account

1. Click Join the build in the email.
2. If you are signed out, click Send code, then type in the 6-digit code we send to the invited email.
3. If you are already signed in with the invited email, click Join the build.

You land in the build and see You're on this project now.

"This invitation is for another email"

You are signed in with one email and the invitation was sent to another. The page shows both. An invitation only ever joins the email it was sent to.

• To join with the invited email, click Sign out and join. You are signed out and taken back to the invitation, where you can join with the email it was sent to.
• To join with the email you are signed in with, ask the person who invited you to send an invitation to that email instead.
• To leave it for now, click Back to my build.

Troubleshooting

• Not your email? If the invitation went to an email you do not use, ask the person who invited you to invite the one you do.
• This invitation has closed. The invitation ran out or was canceled. See "This invitation has closed".
• The code does not arrive. See Sign in with a code.
