Keep your contacts in My team

My team keeps the numbers and details of everyone working on your build in one place: your builder, your designer, your trades. Each person has a button to call and a button to email.

Add someone

1. Open My team in the sidebar, under My records. On a phone, tap More.
2. Click Add someone.
3. Enter their Name. The rest is optional: Role, Company, Licence number, Phone and Email.
4. Click Add to my team.

People are listed under a heading for their role: Builder, Design, Certifier, Trades, Suppliers or Others.

Call or email

Use the call button on their row to phone them, or the email button to open a message in your mail app.

Change or remove someone

Click their name to open it. Change what you need and click Save changes, or click Remove and their first name. Click Undo in the message at the bottom of the screen to bring them back. It stays for about 10 seconds.

Troubleshooting

• The page says Nobody here yet. Click Add someone to start your list.
• The call button does nothing on a computer. It uses the phone app on your device, so it works best on a phone.
