Sign in with a code

You sign in with your email and a 6-digit code we send to it. There is no password. If the email does not arrive, check your junk folder, then send a new code.

Steps

1. On the sign-in page, enter your email and click Send code.
2. Open the email from Her Build Edit and find the 6-digit code. It works for 10 minutes.
3. Type the code into the boxes on the Check your email page. You are signed in as soon as the sixth digit goes in. You can also paste the code, or click Sign in.

If the email does not arrive

• Check your junk folder. The code can take a minute to arrive, and some mail services file it as junk.
• Send a new code. Click Send a new code on the Check your email page. Only the newest code works, so use the one from the latest email.
• Check the address. The page shows the email we sent the code to. If it is not right, click Use a different email and start again.

Troubleshooting

• That code didn't work. Check it, or send a new one. One of the digits is wrong, or the code is from an older email. Type it again, or click Send a new code and use the new one.
• That code has run out. Send a new one. More than 10 minutes have passed. Click Send a new code.
• We couldn't find an account for that email. If you signed up with a different email, try that one. If you have not signed up yet, click Set up your build with this email. If someone invited you to their build, use the link in their invitation email instead. See Join a build from an invitation.
